The Bridgewater Patient Services Team (formally known as PALS) is the first point of contact for the organisation; providing confidential information and advice for patients, relatives and carers.  We can also liaise with our community services on your behalf should you have a concern you wish to raise or, signpost you appropriately if we can’t help directly.
