The National Sleep Helpline Can Help! Around 50% of children will have sleep difficulties at some point and this can impact massively on their mental health and wellbeing. In partnership with furniture village The Sleep Charity have launched a brand new National Sleep Helpline to ensure that every one has access to quality evidence based advice from a team of specialist sleep advisors who can offer practical strategies and recommend services that can help.
